Want to build your strength and mobility? Join us in the Lecture Hall to learn the basics of functional strength training and leave with exercises you can do at home!
Have you ever wanted to build your strength, but felt intimidated by going to the gym? Physical trainer and educator Seth from Gemini Fitness is here to teach you that you can get fit in a way that works for your life, and the best part is that you don't have to start in the gym!
This class will teach you the basics of "functional strength training," a method that focuses on building your overall strength, stability, and mobility so that you can live your life comfortably, confidently, and injury-free. Functional strength training isn't about shrinking sizes or looking chiseled-- it's about living well! When you build your strength, you support your overall health in so many ways you might not expect.
Join this FREE class for adults of all ages and experiences (curious teens welcome as well!). After a brief presentation of the basics, there will be a Q&A session where Seth can answer questions you may have about how to achieve your personal goals or work with your specific injuries and other needs. You will leave the class with some great new pointers for how to build your strength and your confidence working out!
There will also be a FREE giveaway at the end of the class for those who attend!
