Join us for Color Yourself Calm in The Studio! Immerse yourself in the soothing practice of mindful coloring as part of our Day of Health & Wellness at Laman. Whether you're new to coloring or a seasoned artist, this relaxing activity is the perfect way to unwind and center yourself.
We’ll provide a variety of pre-drawn coloring sheets, along with pencils and crayons, so all you need to bring is yourself. Mindful coloring is a form of art therapy that encourages you to focus on the present moment, much like meditation. It’s all about letting go of past or future worries and simply enjoying the creative process.
This self-directed activity is available all day, so feel free to drop in anytime to color, relax, and embrace the peace of the moment. Come color your way to calmness and creativity!
