Tweens (Ages 10-12) learn sewing basics in this 6-week workshop!
Is your tween getting into fashion? Itching to make something homemade for the holidays? Then this 6-week workshop is for them!
Students ages 10-12 are invited to join us for a 6-week workshop to craft and sew their own hoodie, learning skills like:
- Sewing machine basics
- Pattern reading and fitting
- Garment construction
No prior sewing experience is required. All materials are provided, but you're welcome to bring a preferred fabric if you don't see something you like!
Registration is required. Register each student by name, no library card is required. This is a 6-week course, please mark your calendar for all six sessions. if you are no longer able to attend, please notify us at the email below so a seat can be opened to a waitlisted student.
