You know the basics, but what's the science behind cooking? What's the secret to healthy, balanced, delicious meals?
If you're feeling a little unsure in the kitchen, this 4-part series of culinary workshops is for you!
In this session we'll be discussing the many different types of fats in our diet and how they support our health and lives. Attendance for the other three sessions is not required to join in!
Registration is required and limited to 15 attendees - no library card is required to attend.
