Take part in a community discussion on intergenerational trauma--featuring a presentation on what it is, how it take shape & suggested resources to address it, all led by a professional therapist.

As we celebrate the many facets & themes of Hidden Figures by Margot Lee Shetterly, take part in a community discussion of intergenerational trauma.

Led by Rachel Pinto of Cardinal Counseling Services PLLC, this program will feature a presentation on what intergenerational trauma is, how it takes shape in our lives and suggested resources on how to address it in our lives.

Rachel Pinto, LPC-S is a therapist, speaker, and the Founder & Clinical Director of Cardinal Counseling Services, PLLC in North Little Rock, AR. Rachel is known for speaking about hard topics in a way that feels human, accessible, and surprisingly relieving -
often with enough humor to make people exhale before they realize they’re also learning something important.

This program is open to all ages.

Supplies for this program will be provided.

No registration is required. | csansom@nlrlibrary.org
