Guided Nature Walks

Get to know Arkansas one step at a time with Pinnacle Mountain State Park Interpreters!

Looking to learn more about the natural world, or maybe just friends to explore local trails with? Join us for Know Your Roots, an outdoor program hosted by Pinnacle State Park.

Every Saturday in April we'll hit a different local trail with an experienced guides to teach us how to identify Arkansas' plethora of plant life, and coddle your curiosity for the natural state we call home.

This week we will be exploring the Isabella Jo Trail at Cooks Landing Park in NLR!

This program is for tree huggers of all ages and reserved for registered participants only. All attendees must be registered in advance, including children. Please do not bring guests who are not registered.

We recommend comfortable shoes, a notebook, and a water bottle.

For accessibility and in line with park and library policies, our walks are smoke-free and pet-free.
