Feel lost in the kitchen? This class is for you! Take part in an intimate class with fellow adults where you will be offered free instruction on basic knife skills, how to use an air-fryer and more!

Feel lost in the kitchen? This class is for you! Take part in an intimate class with fellow adults where you will be offered instruction on basic knife skills along with how to use the air fryer.

Adults of any skill level are invited to take part in this 2 session class where we will learn:

-          Knife Skills: Watch demonstrations and practice to develop your culinary skills with a knife.

-          The Basics of Using an Air Fryer: Learn cooking skills and expand your knowledge on protein choices. Practice with the device and taste the final products!

-          Meal Planning on a Budget: Learn how to plan a healthy meal on a budget for one or an entire family. Create a food budget. Demonstrate meal planning for your budget.

-          Quick & Healthy Meals Food Fundamentals: Learn healthy home cooking tips, discuss kitchen measurements and conversions, modify recipes to improve nutrition intake, and demonstrate almost homemade recipes.
