If you're feeling a little unsure in the kitchen, this 4-part series of culinary workshops is for you!
In this session we'll be discussing the science behind water's impact on our bodies and long-term health. Attendance for the other three sessions is not required to join in!
Registration is required and limited to 15 attendees - no library card is required to attend.
