Rover is going to a Neighborhood stop at McCain Mall to offer library services and programs, and is partnering with North Little Rock Animal Shelter for their adoption event!

Come meet the pets that the North Little Rock Animal Shelter has for adoption, check out some books about pet ownership, and make some puppy dog themed arts and crafts on Rover out at McCain Mall on June 13th! There will be lots of new furry friends to make, and all kinds of fun to be had!
