During our Teens in the Kitchen summer series, we'll be preparing and tasting food from all over the globe!
Jenna will teach basic kitchen skills and teens will leave with a recipe to take home.
This week, we'll be making kelewele: traditionally fried plantains from Ghana. We will be marinating the plantains in ginger, onions, and other spices before we cook the slices in the air fryer. We'll also learn a bit about Ghanaian cuisine.
No prior cooking experience is necessary and no registration is needed- come ready to learn and try something new!
