Join folks from the St. Joseph Center of Arkansas to learn about topics in small agriculture and connect with other beginning urban farmers! Our next sessions are on the following topics:

August 12 - Resources with AR Small Business & Technology Development Center

September 9 - Planting Trees on Your Farm and Tree Offerings


Registration is recommended but not required for this FREE ag workshop. All are welcome.

About Growing Urban Farmers:

Growing Urban Farmers is a USDA-NRCS grant-funded program through St. Joseph Center of Arkansas. It aims to increase local food production by elevating and supporting local growers. We provide free events such as workshops and social networking meet-ups, as well as a monthly newsletter, public calendar, social media promotion and connection to a community of others who are just starting in agriculture or who wish to scale their production, get linked to buyers or who simply want to learn more about a wide variety of topics useful to the small farmer.
