Join certified Essentrics instructor Lana for a free one-hour class of flowing stretches to enhance your mobility and strength!

Join certified Essentrics instructor Lana for a free one-hour class enhancing your mobility and strength! Essentrics incorporates flowing movements which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind ballet, which create long, lean, flexible muscles, and the healing principles of physiotherapy, which create a pain-free body. This class will meet every Thursday at 5:30 PM in Laman's upstairs Studio space. Adults with any level of experience are welcome.

Registration is required for this FREE fitness class. Bringing your own yoga mat is recommended, but we will have some available to use. Contact Susannah at sstubbs@nlrlibrary.org or Lana at jolanabostwick@outlook.com with any questions.
