ROVER's neighborhood stop of the day is Arrington Apartments. All are welcome to come aboard Rover and check out everything the mobile library has to offer. Need to sign up for a library card? Library cards are free! With your library card, you can check out books and DVD's. Need something notarized? Need to use a laptop or get copies made? You can do that, too! Rover also has a laminator on board. Check us out!
