Join us for Focaccia 101, where you’ll learn the art of making delicious, golden, and aromatic focaccia bread from scratch! This hands-on workshop is perfect for anyone eager to explore the basics of bread-making and discover the secrets behind creating this classic, rustic Italian favorite.

In this interactive session, Molly will guide you through each step—from mixing the dough to mastering the art of the perfect olive oil drizzle and those iconic dimples that give focaccia its signature texture. You’ll also get tips on adding your own creative toppings, from rosemary and garlic to olives and sun-dried tomatoes, making your focaccia as unique as your tastebuds!

By the end of the class, you'll not only have your own focaccia to take home but the skills and confidence to bake it again anytime you like. Whether you're a novice or a seasoned home baker, this event promises to be both fun and delicious.
