Start your new year off with community, fresh air, and wellness. Enjoy Argenta's beautiful art and landscaping as you join Argenta Public Library's weekly Walking for Wellness. A great way to incorporate movement into your day and shed that winter gloom. Whether you are trying to meet New Year's goals or meet new people, this walk is for you. We will meet on the first floor of the library and then walk throughout Argenta, keeping to sidewalks and crosswalks for about 2-3 miles. No registration is required; this program is recommended for adults. Wearing comfortable clothes and shoes you can walk in is recommended, as well as bringing a water bottle and light jacket.
If it is raining/storming or the sidewalks are icy, the event will be canceled.
