ROVER's neighborhood stop of the day is Foothills Apartments. All are welcome to come aboard Rover and check out everything that the mobile library has to offer. Need to sign up for a library card? Library cards are free! With your library card, you can check out books and DVD's. Need something notarized? Need to use a laptop or get copies made? You can do that, too! Rover also has a laminator on board. The crafts for the month are Pinecone Reindeer Ornaments and Pipe Cleaner Candy Canes to get you in the holiday spirit.
