Learn different meditations and practices in a group setting.
Loving-Kindness Meditation is a way of sending kindness to ourselves and others. When we begin to meditate regularly, we may notice that we become less critical of ourselves and more kind to ourselves and others. In a time of violence and strife around the world, join us as we personally send out our wish for all beings to be happy and free from suffering, and for the world to be at peace. During this hour we’ll spend some time in guided meditation, and some time in discussion. All are welcome, and no meditation experience is required.
