Learn different meditations and practices in a group setting.

Meditation for beginners teaches the tools and techniques designed to harness and direct the potential of the often-scattered mind. Lisa Kessler has taught meditation for over 20 years, and will instruct you on different meditation practices in a safe setting. The class will include instruction on meditation, a short guided meditation, and discussion afterward.
