"Find Your Joy" at Your Library!
National Library Week is an annual celebration sponsored by the American Library Association (ALA) and libraries across the country each April. It highlights the valuable role libraries and library professionals play in transforming lives and strengthening our communities. This year's theme is "Find Your Joy."
The North Little Rock Mobile Makerspace will be traveling across the River to visit the Central Arkansas Library System's Main Library for a joint celebration capping off National Library Week.
Gelli (gelatin) Printing is a monotype printmaking technique where you add layers of paint to a squishy plate that you print onto paper, which allows you to build vibrant, layered images with lots of texture.
How will you depict your library joy? Unleash your creativity in this accessible technique!
