In this fun and informative class, we’ll break down the four phases of the menstrual cycle and share tips on how to sync your life with your body’s natural rhythm.
After the presentation, you’ll get to create your own cute and functional cycle-tracking journal to help you stay connected with your flow. Perfect for teens and adults!
