Join Laman Adults for an 8-week series about creating a more colorful life! Week 2: Rainbow Charcuterie.
Do you ever feel stuck in the mundanities of life? It's not always possible or realistic to make big changes, but the little things can add up! Join Susannah and community guests to explore all the ways you can add a little more color to your life-- easy ways to eat more fruit and veggies, find your personal style (without buying a bunch of stuff!), make your home a happier place, and more. Summer may not be all vacation anymore once you're an adult, but it can still be a time to pursue joy and make small changes that can make you just 1% happier!
This week is Color Your Plate-- we will make a gorgeous rainbow charcuterie plate and chat about easy ways to improve your nutrition as a busy adult! Supplies are limited, so this class is first-come, first-served.
This class is mainly directed at adults, but interested teens are welcome to attend!
