Calling teen poets - if you're looking to improve your skills, discover new poets, and get published in a local anthology, register for this 4-week workshop at Laman Library!

Poetry. The most impactful form of emotional expression in the written language.

You probably have a notes app full of your own, don't you? Or maybe you've loved reading the works of other poets, but you've never tried your hand at the craft.

If you're looking to engage with poetry on a new level, to improve your poetry writing skills, and if you like the idea of being published in a local anthology - this workshop is for you!

We'll spend 4 weeks, meeting each Tuesday evening, exploring new/new-to-you poets, writing our own pieces, and engaging with each others' work through constructive critique.

Light refreshments will be provided for all participants.

Email bsmith@nlrlibrary.org for more info or to save your seat!
