ROVER's neighborhood stop of the day is NLR DHS Office. All are welcome to come aboard Rover and check out everything that the mobile library has to offer. Need to sign up for a library card? Library cards are free! With your library card, you can check out books and DVD's. Need something notarized? Need to use a laptop or get copies made? You can do that, too! Come on board to see all that your mobile library has to offer.
