Reflect, meditate, and visualize what you want for this new year with this special reflection and meditation class.
Start your New Year with purpose with this special Argenta meditation class. Our Monday night meditation will hold a special space this week with an intention-setting focus. Great for experienced meditators or those looking to get started, reflection and visualization will enhance the experience for all who attend. If you miss out, make sure to join us on Wednesday night!
We will begin our session with tea and a written reflection on the past year, celebrating our growth and achievements. Tammie will lead a guided meditation as we take in all we have accomplished and think about what we want for our new year. Finally, we will visualize what we want for 2025, sharing our hopes, goals, and intentions for the new year.
No materials are required, but you are encouraged to bring any special pens or a meditation cushion. This program is for adults; no registration is required.
Please contact Tammie (tevans@nlrlibrary.org) or Molly (mjohns@nlrlibrary.org) with any questions.
