Join Sydney in the children's area for some mindfulness activities to help kiddos become more thoughtful and grounded!

Let's spark curiosity and inner peace! Discover the magic of mindfulness and meditation in a way that's sure to be dun, engaging, and oh-so-relaxing through stories, crafts, and more! This hour will be best enjoyed by kids 6+. Guardian guidance will be necessary for younger participants.
