Join us, every Thursday in September, to learn empowering techniques in boundary setting, self care, and self defense with our guest educator Gretchen Butler.

Every Thursday in September the Loft welcomes Gretchen Butler with Empowerment Self Defense. 

Students are invited to learn the basics of:

  • Setting and communicating boundaries
  • Reading body language
  • Negotiating high stress situations
  • De-escalating would-be assailants
  • Protecting themselves from aggravated attacks

We recommend students involved wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes. Class will cap at 20 students on a first-come-first-serve basis.
