Learn the basics of bookbinding with a hands-on approach. We’ll be making our own journals and learning about folios, grain, and all kinds of fun jargon!
Welcome to another week of Book Arts, a beginner-friendly series where bookworms and art lovers collide! This program will be a class on making your own journal, sewing together pages, and customizing your own cover. The making of your journal will be guided and all materials will be provided as we go through the process of bookbinding- all you need is your desire to learn and create! No registration is required for this class.
This series is open to all skill levels and targeted towards teens and adults interested in hands-on learning about all things book arts. For more information, contact Carol at caroline.mccreight@lamanlibrary.org
