Is work stressing you out? Take a deep breath and a moment for yourself with Thoughtful Thirty.

Thoughtful Thirty is a quick mindful moment during your busy day. Take a break with a guided meditation and breathwork practice; no experience is necessary. Great for teens and adults. No equipment is required, but you may bring a yoga mat if you prefer sitting on the floor.
